focuses and direct energy, defines and gives boundaries and it is literally
accepted by our unconscious mind.

If you wish there is more friends or relatives, who gathered together to support you through out this “new birth”. So they have come to help hold the space for healing to happen, the other words to send you loving energy during whole process. The air is still. Everyone feels held in the loving arms of the universe and there is no doubt that healing will happen for all gathered here. The shaman calls in spirits by singing special song and she puts her egoic self aside and becomes an empty vessel that fills with the help of the spirits. The shaman’s assistant begins to drum which will go on for the whole time of ceremony. First of all, Sarah will extract negative damaging energies, entities, curses, spells off you. Then with help of another assistant she will fill you up with warm, loving, caring energy and light sent trough out your entire body from feet. You will be asked of how you fill constantly.Then Sarah goes to the Journey to other times and worlds to find your lost/trapped/stolen/given away pats of Soul and ask them to come back to you, or trade them back from spirits or who ever possess them, so you could have fulfilling and happy existence further in your life. When she asks drum to stop, she will talk to you and may give you some details of when and what happened in past (if you permit to share that information in front of others), or she may tell you something I person after. She will give “tools” of how to help this returned parts to “welcome home” and stay with you. For example this is could be the new way of behavior for some time, new (or forgotten) talents or qualities of yours, some actual things to get for your, and many other. It is very individual and difficult to give personalized details in this part of ceremony.”

As we step out of limitations into new world.
In this workshop we explore the relationship between the conscious and unconscious world, we meet our saboteur, our ancestors, and our first breath.
We come together in community to share our dreams and wisdom as we explore our blueprints and new solutions for the future seven generations.
We are the ones they dreamed into being to make these changes possible.
The North is the raindrop solidifies into the snow flake.
We come to wonder if we are the ones carving the ice sculpture
or are we the frozen ice.
We will spend two days and one night together in community, journeying, singing, dreaming, and calling upon the wind of our ancestors
to help us to find clarity in the North.
We will focus upon the gift of language, communication, and the power of present conscious moment to hold all we require.
